Avelan provides workspace solutions, including coworking desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and tailored workspace management. Features, availability, and pricing are displayed on our site and are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee real-time updates.

Booking Process & Payments

Bookings can be made directly via our website or through our team. Payment methods include UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit cards, and other online gateways. Payments must clear before services begin. Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications may incur fees or forfeiture.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Office Plans & Free Trials

Refunds are subject to timing. If applicable, and before agreements are finalized, refunds may be processed as described in your plan documentation. Late cancellations or KYC delays (e.g., over 30 days) may lead to forfeiture of booking fees.

Other Services

Refund eligibility and process details will be communicated at booking. Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and fees may apply.

Document Delivery & Processing

Our turnaround for sharing required documents (e.g., NOC, GST paperwork) typically spans 5–7 working days, depending on manual processing and payment verification. Additional checks, such as notarization or CA review, may extend the timeline and incur extra charges.

KYC & Compliance

Document verification is mandatory. If KYC is incomplete within a specified period (e.g., 30 days), Avelan reserves the right to cancel services and might retain associated fees. Users are expected to ensure details like Aadhar-linked verification for GST applications are in place; Avelan bears no responsibility for rejections due to the user's omission.

Liability & Limitations

Avelan endeavors to offer seamless workspace services but is not responsible for rejections, delays, or complications arising from external authorities or user-led errors. Liability is limited to service fees; we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—text, designs, images, trademarks—is the property of Avelan or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
